Family Fideicommissum
The Family Fideicommissum is defined as a special property without legal personality, which is consolidated and administered by the fideicommissioner in a limited ownership position, may neither be sold nor encumbered, is dedicated to a special ideal and also material family purpose and follows a fixed original succession under family and inheritance law in order to protect against fragmentation of the property.
